PAN DEL GIUBILEO, the sweet new treat of 2025
The Sigep trade show in Rimini, the largest professional exhibition in Italy for the pastry and bakery sector (as well as gelato, coffee, and, in 2025, also pizza), provided an extraordinary experience.
It was the perfect opportunity to connect with our customers and the wider audience, sharing a new product especially close to our hearts: the Pan del Giubileo, created to celebrate the Jubilee Year of Hope 2025.
Pan del Giubileois a registered trademark of our company since 1998, originally created to celebrate the Jubilee of 2000. It was later reintroduced for the Extraordinary Jubilee in 2015 and now returns once again for the Jubilee Year of 2025.
This time, we are introducing our customers and the public to an innovative and well-balanced mix, made with high-quality ingredients to create a soft, sweet bun, enriched with chocolate chips, caramel, and coconut milk.
So, this is not just another bread, even if original and fragrant like many of those in our range designed for lunch and dinner tables. Instead, it is a delightful sweet bun, perfect for snacking, breakfast, or satisfying hunger at any time of the day.
Easy to Prepare
Making it is incredibly simple: just add eggs, butter, or margarine to our mix, knead with a bit of water and yeast, and follow a few easy steps to create a delicious treat for everyone.
If prepared with high-quality dairy-free margarine, the bun can be declared lactose-free, as our mix contains no milk or dairy derivatives. However, for precautionary reasons, we recommend it only for lactose-intolerant individuals and not for those with a milk allergy.
