About Us
ESKA S.r.l. was established on 7 April 2026 as the transformation of the previous partnership company ESKA S.n.c. di Scucchiaro Lino & C., founded in 1981 by Mr. Lino together with his wife Anna.
The corporate structure remains unchanged and is represented by the three children of the founders, Mauro, Franco and Andrea, who, in the spirit of continuity, run the company with that family-oriented, agile, direct and decisive approach so much appreciated by our customers.
It is also important to point out that, although the company was founded in 1981, its roots in the “bakery” market go back as far as 1974 under another company name, belonging to Lino and Anna, when the business was initially only focused on importing quality margarines from Germany. Since then, the company has progressively evolved, becoming a manufacturer of bakery and pastry mixes, present throughout the entire national territory with a widespread distribution network made up of area distributors and direct sales agents.
From the very beginning, we chose to position ourselves in the medium-high quality product segment, focusing our marketing mainly on artisan bakers and pastry chefs.
Thanks to research, development and innovation, selected raw materials are processed at our 2,500 sq m production site to create more than 250 powdered mixes, from which a well-assorted variety of artisan breads, cakes and creams is produced.
With the launch of our latest products, we have given priority to the use of “functional” ingredients, characterised by important nutritional properties, with which the expert hands of those who use them are able to create tastes and flavours rooted in Mediterranean gastronomic culture.
For some years now, we have also specialised, with excellent results, in the production of emulsified flavourings, also known as “paste” flavourings, and liquid and spray release agents for moulds and baking trays.
We have implemented control activities and procedures inspired by the ISO 9001 model, and we believe in a professional ethic based on the principles of civil economy, such as the protection of employment, the safeguarding of health and safety in the workplace.
We have obtained certification, from the relevant control bodies, for the production of organic, “gluten free” and vegan products, the latter with the use of the “VeganOK” guarantee trademark.
Part of our entrepreneurial history is the charitable sale of “Pan del Giubileo”, one of our registered trademarks, through which we donated a contribution in 2000 in favour of Città della Speranza and in 2015 in support of research against ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis). In the Jubilee Year 2025, we renewed our proposal with a completely new PAN DEL GIUBILEO.
In 2019, we were chosen by the Pastoral Office of the Diocese of Padua to organise, within our premises, the annual prayer vigil for work in the presence of Bishop Claudio Cipolla: a prestigious event that gratified us and encouraged us to remain firmly rooted in our origins.
At Eska, work has always been shaped by relationships of trust between ownership, employees and collaborators, in mutual respect, each with a clearly defined role in the organisational chart, as in a great team game.
Within the company, each person brings knowledge and ideas that are valued and often shared, favouring an organisational and production model that places the individual at the centre.
We were awarded by CNA as “Entrepreneurs of the Year 2019”, in recognition of the commitment shown by our entire family over nearly 40 years of activity, during which we have faced every day major foreign multinationals in the sector, market leaders.
After all this time, which has seen epochal changes in the economic and social world, in lifestyles and an unstoppable technological progress, we continue to be a vital and dynamic company, growing despite globalisation and cyclical crises, putting the same passion as always into improving ourselves and consolidating a leading position, aligning ourselves with the most authoritative and accredited competitors.
