SIGEP 2025 has concluded

SIGEP 2025 has just concluded. For five days, Rimini was the center of Italy and Europe’s global foodservice industry. We were present at our booth no. 194 in Hall D5, and we are very satisfied with both the many visits we received and the warm reception given to our new offerings.

The main offering was the PAN DEL GIUBILEO, a soft and sweet bun, delicious and inviting, that aspires to become an important symbol of this special year of the Jubilee of Hope. For this reason and due to its great taste, it attracted a lot of attention.

Among the other novelties, great interest was sparked by SEMICROCK, a healthy and versatile base made from seeds and cereals that allows you to easily prepare crunchy snacks, perfect for an appetizer or a hunger-satisfying snack.

A sincere thanks to all our collaborators, technicians, and salespeople who made our participation in this important industry fair possible. A special thanks also goes to all the customers who, with their visit, showed us attention and kindness.

The 46th edition of Sigep World was the largest and most international ever, attracting visitors from 160 countries (+26% compared to previous years) and hosting 1,300 exhibitors from 33 nations across 138,000 square meters of exhibition space. The focus of this fair, besides gelato, coffee, and pastry, was on pizza, the true novelty of this 2025 edition. Innovation, design, and Italian quality made the event a benchmark for business, networking, and industry trends.

The next edition will be held from January 23 to 27, 2026, at the Rimini Fair, with new dates from Friday to Tuesday.
