I nostri clienti conoscono POLACCA ORO, un ottimo mix per preparare lievitati tradizionali. Più che un mix si può definire una "base", una sorta di lievito naturale poiché si utilizza solo nel primo impasto. Infatti com'è lo standard per questo tipo di prodotti, si prepara un pre-impasto e dopo opportuna lievitazione si lavora l'impasto vero e proprio. Con POLACCA ORO nel secondo impasto non si aggiunge il "mix" ma al suo posto si aggiunge farina manitoba.

Nasce ora POLACCA DOLCE ORO che a differenza dell'altro si lavora sia nel pre-impasto sia nell'impasto come tanti altri prodotti concorrenti.

Il motivo? con questo prodotto è possibile preparare colomba, panettone e pandoro anche in 8 ore, seguendo opportunamente la ricetta data. È però disponibile anche la ricetta lunga in 20-22 ore.

Il risultato? Più che buono!
