Natural Flavoring for Panettone
A natural composite flavor designed to enhance the taste of Panettone, a popular dessert in Italian Christmas tradition. Like all our flavors, this is a gel-based flavoring, also known as a paste or emulsion, with a delicately dense texture that disperses easily into doughs.
Panettone has a soft and airy texture, with a strong buttery and citrusy aroma. It traditionally contains candied fruit, raisins, and orange peel, though in recent years, many variations have been introduced, including chocolate chips, anhydrous creams, and pieces of fresh fruit. It has a tall, rounded shape, typically with a domed surface, and is baked in a parchment paper mold, commonly known as a pirottino. Its internal structure is highly aerated.
Our Panettone Flavoring further enhances the buttery and citrusy notes of this classic dessert.
Panettone has ancient origins dating back to the Middle Ages, but its modern recipe was developed in Milan. It has become one of the symbols of Italian Christmas celebrations and is now enjoyed worldwide.
