GLASSÈ is a simple and practical base for decorating the surface of classic festive pastries, such as panettone, colomba, veneziana, and more.
GLASSÈ differs from GLAXOR, another product in the catalog, as it is made with almond flour but does not contain hazelnut flour like the latter. Its flavor is less complex, but its appearance remains appetizing and inviting.
GLASSÈ does not burn in the oven and forms a uniform crust. Preparing the glaze is extremely simple: just add water and a bit of melted butter or oil.
