GLAXOR is a high-quality glaze made from almond and hazelnut flour, specially designed to give pastries an appetizing and inviting appearance, prevent burning in the oven, and create a uniform, fragrant crust. The glaze preparation is extremely easy—just add liquid egg white and a little oil.
