Si comunica che ai sensi del D.L. n. 105/2021, dal 15 Ottobre al 31 Dicembre 2021, in azienda si effettua il controllo del GREEN PASS (certificato verde) per l'accesso ai luoghi di lavoro.

Il controllo, oltre che effettuato regolarmente sul personale interno, è rivolto a tutto il personale di servizio esterno, ai fornitori, consulenti e chiunque debba accedere all’interno della nostra struttura.

Sono esonerati dal controllo i seguenti soggetti:

I BAMBINI SOTTO I 12 ANNI
I SOGGETTI ESENTI CON CERTIFICAZIONE MEDICA
I CITTADINI CHE HANNO RICEVUTO IL VACCINO SPERIMENTALE REITHERA

Per tutti gli altri queste sono le istruzioni da seguire:

Gli incaricati al controllo effettuano la verifica del Green Pass digitale o cartaceo al momento dell’ingresso controllando il QR Code del proprio certificato verde attraverso l’App “Verifica C19” predisposta dal Governo.

I soggetti incaricati possono in caso di dubbio richiedere un documento di identità.

Il mancato possesso o esibizione della certificazione comporta l’impossibilità ad accedere nei nostri locali, cognome, nome e conformità sono registrati, nessun altro dato esibito è memorizzato,

Nel rispetto del GDPR sulla Privacy – Regolamento UE 2016/, gli incaricati al controllo:

NON EFFETTUANO FOTOGRAFIE;
NON EFFETTUANO COPIE CARTACEE O DIGITALI DI DOCUMENTI DI IDENTITÀ O CERTIFICAZIONI VERDI (GREEN PASS);
NON PROCEDONO A VERIFICARE DATI DIVERSI DALLA IDENTIFICAZIONE DEI SOGGETTI PRIVI DI CERTIFICAZIONE VALIDA.

RICORDIAMO CHE IL POSSESSO DEL GREEN PASS NON ESONERA DALL’USO DELLA MASCHERINA E DAL RISPETTO DEL DISTANZIAMENTO PREVISTO DALLA LEGGE
