A Natale aumentano i consumi dolciari

I consumi dolciari del periodo natalizio 2023 si stanno riallineando ai livelli pre-pandemia ovvero a  3,3 miliardi di prodotti serviti (+1,4% rispetto al 2022). Manca quindi poco per tornare ai 3,5 miliardi del 2019.
La notizia proviene dall'Osservatorio Sigep Natale 2023 che ha commissionato la ricerca a Circana, azienda leader nell’analisi e interpretazione dei comportamenti dei consumatori.
Da notare che il panettone rimane il prodotto più richiesto del Natale, e quello artigianale si acquista sempre di più on-line. Ultima annotazione, aumenta il formato da mezzo chilo del panettone.
