Time for group demonstrations

After the summer break, interest in pastry products is once again on the rise, both with the back-to-school season and, later, the Christmas holidays in mind. During this period, the importance and demand for organizing training courses is strongly felt. Among the many scheduled events, we would like to highlight the one held in Campania on September 15th, aimed at showcasing our POLACCA ORO and POLACCA DOLCE ORO products in their new formulations for CLEAN LABEL panettone, along with showcase products such as our fantastic colorful rolls (with natural spices) for large events and special presentations.

We quote the posts shared by the Campania Pastry Association, which described the day spent with our technician Tomas Romito as a “fantastic day!”.

Further they emphasized that "our course went from a simple demonstration to a full practical immersion, with almost all participants actively working. The satisfaction in their eyes at the end of the day, enriched by a broader cultural background, is our greatest victory."

They went on to thank the technician and expressed "a huge thanks to Vincenzo Granata (editor’s note: ESKA’s area manager) for organizing such a successful event!"

In other words, it was "a true triumph of flavors" with "the exceptional ESKA products, masterfully presented under the expert guidance of Tomas Romito."
