GRAN CAMPO is a balanced blend of multiple grains (wheat, rye, oats, barley, and malted cereals) and seeds (sunflower, sesame, and light and dark flaxseed) designed to create a rich and flavorful bread.
GRAN CAMPO imparts a subtle, intentionally malty aftertaste, appreciated by those with a refined palate.
Like all grain- and seed-rich blends, GRAN CAMPO is well-suited for a diet high in raw fiber, proteins, vitamins, and minerals. Unlike other pre-mixes, the preparation of GRAN CAMPO requires the optional addition of salt.
