OLANDESE is a semi-finished mix specifically designed to produce seasoned bread with olive oil, offering a delicate fragrance. It can be hand-shaped or molded, allowing for the creation of delicious bread—suggested in a tulip shape using a special mold—or Arabic bread, which is hollow inside and ready to be filled as desired.

OLANDESE is distinguished by its soft texture combined with a pleasant crispness.

DOSAGE for OLANDESE bread:

  • Fresh yeast → 30-40 g
  • Salt → 20-22 g
  • Extra virgin olive oil → 40 g
  • Water → approx. 600 g
