MONTAGNON – A traditional rye bread that is not only delicious but also healthy and protein-rich! With soy to help combat cholesterol, the goodness of sunflower and sesame seeds, and the unmistakable aroma of rye. A touch of modernity in tradition, straight from the mountains!
Usage Instructions:
- MONTAGNON: 500 g
- Type "0" wheat flour: 500 g
- Fresh yeast: 30 g
- Water: approx. 650 g
NOTE: The amount of water depends on the type of flour added. You can also add 40-50 g of extra virgin olive oil, reducing the water quantity by the same amount.
