CROCKER 50 is a 50% base for multigrain and seed bread.
This bread is characterized by its crispness and aroma; it contains flax seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, millet, and poppy seeds, along with various grains, including soft wheat, rye, oats, and malt.
The wheat germ and sourdough complete its flavor.
We recommend decorating with "Oats Mix 3" from the Pan Dek line.
