MALT UP EXTRACT is a malt extract powder supported on malt flour, featuring a good diastatic power of approximately 10,000 Pollak units and an intense aroma. It serves as a valid and convenient alternative to malt extract paste and is particularly suitable for baking, especially in the production of bread and breadsticks.
MALT UP EXTRACT allows you to achieve:
- Good yield;
- Golden crust;
- Inviting aroma.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:
- Bread: 500 to 1200 grams of MALT UP EXTRACT per 100 kg of flour used.
- Breadsticks: 1.8 kg to 2.2 kg of MALT UP EXTRACT per 100 kg of flour used.
- Note: The actual quantity may vary depending on the quality of the flour.
USAGE:
Add MALT UP EXTRACT together with the other ingredients at the initial mixing stage and proceed as usual.
