MALT COLOR allows you to give bread an amber hue or darken the crust and crumb, depending on the amount of MALT COLOR used. It does not interfere with or improve dough fermentation, as it has no diastatic properties.

The use of MALT COLOR is permitted in the production of both common and specialty bread, whether made with or without the addition of oils, fats, cereals, spices, or other ingredients allowed by current regulations.

RECOMMENDED DOSAGE:

1-3% of the flour weight, depending on the desired level of coloration.

USAGE:

Add MALT COLOR along with the other ingredients at the beginning of the mixing process and proceed as usual.
