ARABIAN is a semi-finished mix specially formulated with a calibrated flour to produce a traditional Middle Eastern bread, known for its natural puffing and extreme softness.
ARABIAN differs from the other two similar products in our range, ARABO 2 and ARABO 3, due to its white color and the absence of oats. However, like them, it develops the characteristic puffing with a hollow interior.
USAGE DOSAGE:
- ARABIAN: 1000 g
- Brewer’s yeast: 30 g
- Water: approx. 550 g
- Optionally, add 45-50 g of extra virgin olive oil, reducing the water by the same amount.
