ACTIV BIO is an enzymatic adjuvant made with organic ingredients, making it ideal for those working with organic flours. However, it can also be used in traditional baking.
ACTIV BIO is added directly to the dough, ensuring optimal yield and an excellent open crumb structure. It can be used in the production of any type of leavened product, both sweet and savory, including common and specialty bread. This includes bread made with or without added oils or fats, as well as with or without the addition of cereals, spices, or other ingredients permitted by current regulations.
ACTIV BIO is an organic product certified by ICEA (IT BIO 006) with operator code E1220.
DOSAGE: 0.5-2% of the flour weight.
The optimal dosage may vary depending on the quality of the flour used and the presence of fats, other cereals, or grains in the dough.
USAGE: Add to the flour and process as usual.
