ACTIV 2000 is a powdered adjuvant for bread production without the use of emulsifiers. It is particularly suitable for common bread, puffed bread, and traditional large-sized breads with high moisture content.

ACTIV 2000 ensures well-developed bread with different types of flour, achieving:

  • A uniform structure and good volume in the final product;
  • Effective leavening, even with flours containing ascorbic acid;
  • A golden, appetizing appearance.

DOSAGE: 1-1.5% of the flour weight.

USAGE: Add to the flour and process as usual.
