PAN KHOR is a special flour made from Senatore Cappelli whole durum wheat, an entirely Italian alternative to Khorasan wheat. Like Khorasan, it belongs to the Gramineae family and the Triticum Durum species. It was developed through natural crossbreeding by the geneticist Nazareno Strampelli in the early 20th century at the Cereal Research Centre in Foggia.
PAN KHOR produces highly digestible bread, rich in minerals, with a simple yet delightful flavor.
