MALT UP is a highly diastatic malted wheat flour, with an enzymatic activity of approximately 15,000/15,500 Pollak units. It is widely used in baking, including the production of common and specialty bread, breadsticks, crackers, and rusks. It strengthens flour quality and improves dough stability.
