GRAN SOLEMAIS is a well-balanced flour blend designed to create rustic, light, and delicately flavorful bread. It contains sunflower seeds, rich in unsaturated oils for a healthy diet, while corn and polenta—typical ingredients of traditional cuisine from the Po Valley—enhance its taste. For an eye-catching presentation, the bread can be shaped like a corn cob using a special mold!
GRAN SOLEMAIS should be decorated with a light dusting of ground puffed corn, which gives the bread a beautiful golden hue during baking. Inside, the crumb is speckled with the warm yellow tones of polenta, evoking nostalgic flavors from the past, ready to be rediscovered.
