In Italy, there is a vast variety of regional breads, each with its own unique shapes and colors. The PAN DEK line is designed to enhance them even further with attractive and evocative decorations made from seeds, flakes, and grains. All the proposed decorations are highly selected, of premium quality, and non-genetically modified (Reg. EC 1829/2003 and 1830/2003).
PAN DEK SUNFLOWER contains sunflower seeds. The sunflower plant (Helianthus annuus), whose name comes from the rotation of its inflorescence toward the sun, produces what is commonly called a seed, which is actually the fruit of the plant! Properly hulled, sunflower seeds are nutrient-rich foods.
Sunflower seeds are an excellent source of protein, fiber, B vitamins (especially thiamine, niacin, and folate), and essential minerals such as zinc, magnesium, and selenium.
Storage conditions: Store in a cool, dry place away from light sources, preferably below 20°C and with humidity lower than 60%.
