ACTIV BEN is a powdered adjuvant for bread production without the use of emulsifiers, commonly known as a natural adjuvant. Its distinctive feature compared to other natural adjuvants is that it does not contain malt (malted cereal flour) or L-ascorbic acid.
ACTIV BEN is suitable for standard baking applications, stabilizing the leavening process and ensuring a uniform structure and good volume in the final bread.
DOSAGE: 1-1.5% of the flour weight.
USAGE: Add to the flour and process as usual.
