TESORETTO 24/24 is a carefully balanced mix for making crispy "scrocchiarelle" or soft, fragrant focaccias with an inviting flavor. It is also suitable for various savory products such as sandwiches, flatbreads, breadsticks, take-away or sliced pizzas, mini pizzas, and soft laminated rolls filled with cold cuts and cheeses. Please note that the term "scrocchiarelle" has been improperly used by others to describe a product similar to Roman pinsa. Here, "scrocchiarella" refers to an extremely thin and appetizing snack that "crunches" in the mouth, making it ideal for aperitifs and light meals.
