VEGANBEL MADRE is ideal for preparing vegan leavened desserts in general or long-leavening baked goods, such as vegan CHRISTMAS or EASTER CAKES. It promotes proper dough leavening.

VEGANBEL MADRE should be activated by adding a small amount of starter (brewer's yeast) into the dough.

DOSAGE: For your own recipes, VEGANBEL MADRE is typically used in amounts ranging from 30% to 40% relative to the weight of the flour used.
