Open Day, latest updates with SEMICROCK

On June 25, 2025, a well-organized open day was held at the premises of our client CO.A.P. soc. coop. in Forlì (FC), with a large turnout of industry professionals. Our company took part in the open day, which was a great opportunity to present our SEMICROCK product line, recently enriched with a new variant: SEMICROCK AL FARRO.

The SEMICROCK line was created to easily prepare light and natural crackers made from seeds and cereal flakes. This solution is enjoying great success throughout Italy, as the various SEMICROCK products provide a healthy alternative to the usual chips, peanuts, and breadsticks often enjoyed with aperitifs or soft drinks, or simply to satisfy a quick craving. The main features of SEMICROCK are:

• "Low carb" crackers
• High in fiber
• Fat-free
• Yeast-free
• Dairy-free (except for the onion variant)
• Quick to prepare: just add water
• No kneading required
• No leavening required

Why are they quick and knead-free? Because SEMICROCK (a powdered base) is poured onto a baking tray (preferably perforated), lined with baking paper and moistened with a spray dispenser or sprayer. SEMICROCK is then evenly spread and the remaining water is sprayed over it. Then straight into the oven!

The latest addition is SEMICROCK AL FARRO, whose grain contains B-group vitamins (especially B1, B2, and B3, important for energy metabolism) and has a low glycemic index.
