ACTIV ZOOM is an enzymatic adjuvant, also referred to as "natural," meaning it is free from emulsifiers. Unlike other adjuvants, it does not contain malt (malted cereal flour), which is often used in this type of baking adjuvant.

ACTIV ZOOM is suitable for common and traditional bread production, giving bakers the flexibility to decide whether or not to use malt in their dough.

ACTIV ZOOM enhances leavening performance with different types of flour.

DOSAGE: 1% of the flour weight. Maximum dose: 1.5%.

USAGE: Add to the flour and process as usual.
