ACTIV PLUS is a powdered adjuvant for bread production without the use of emulsifiers. It is particularly suitable for common bread, puffed bread, and traditional large-sized breads with high moisture content. It is one of the flagship products in the ACTIV line.
ACTIV PLUS enhances the fragrance and flavor of bread, supporting an optimal leavening process thanks to a balanced and reinforced amylolysis process. This results in:
- A uniform structure and good volume in the final bread;
- Enhanced leavening, even with weak flours or those containing ascorbic acid;
- A golden, appetizing appearance.
DOSAGE: 1% of the flour weight. Maximum dose: 1.5%.
USAGE: Add to the flour and process as usual.
