ACTIV POWER is the flagship product of the ACTIV line, a range of powdered adjuvants for bread production without the use of emulsifiers. It is particularly suitable for common bread, puffed bread, and traditional large-sized breads with high moisture content.
ACTIV POWER ensures well-developed bread under any leavening conditions thanks to an optimal amylolysis process. This results in:
- A uniform structure and high volume in the final bread;
- Enhanced leavening support, even with weak flours or those containing ascorbic acid;
- A golden, appetizing appearance.
DOSAGE: 0.5-1% of the flour weight.
USAGE: Add to the flour and process as usual.
