In Italy, there is a vast variety of regional breads, each with its own unique shapes and colors. The PAN DEK line is designed to enhance them even further with attractive and evocative decorations made from seeds, flakes, and grains. All the proposed decorations are highly selected, of premium quality, and non-genetically modified (Reg. EC 1829/2003 and 1830/2003).
PAN DEK DARK FLAX contains dark flax seeds, also known as common flax. These seeds are also referred to as brown flax or black flax seeds. Apart from their color, they are similar to golden flax seeds. They are derived from the plant Linum usitatissimum and are known for being rich in essential fatty acids and dietary fiber.
Storage conditions: Store in a cool, dry place away from light sources, preferably below 20°C and with humidity lower than 60%.
