KRAFEL is a specialized pastry mix designed for producing soft krapfen or large, hollow bomboloni ready to be filled. The recipe is the same for both products, with only the preparation method differing.

The final products are characterized by:

  • A uniform structure and high volume;
  • No oil absorption during frying;
  • Easy processing;
  • Good resistance to fermentation.

RECIPE for krapfen and bomboloni:

  • KRAFEL – 1000 g
  • Brewer’s yeast – 50 g
  • Eggs – 150 g
  • Water – approx. 350 g
