GRISS MAIS helps you prepare corn and sunflower seed breadsticks with a refined taste, a light yellow hue, and a distinctive crunch. It contains sourdough, which gives the breadsticks an open, airy structure and a pleasant texture. These breadsticks pair perfectly with prosciutto and a variety of cold cuts.

DOSAGE:

GRISS MAIS – 1000 g
Brewer’s yeast – 30 g
Water – 450-500 g

VARIATIONS:

For a more intense flavor, you can add 50-100 g of grated cheese and/or a bit of olive oil (if adding oil, reduce the amount of water accordingly).
