CREMANA NEUTRA is a powdered mix that replaces the starch or flour used in the preparation of traditional hot pastry cream. The cream is prepared using a cream cooker or made manually in a saucepan, resulting in a stable cream that prevents the rapid formation of mold or bacteria. It does not contain thickeners.
CREMANA NEUTRA contains a minimal amount of colorant to enhance the color of the egg yolks added. The cream is characterized by its shine, delicacy, structure, and stability.
