MASTERFRUIT contains 70% fruit, dispersed in a special gel that enhances its aroma, flavor, and shine. Depending on the type, the fruit can be whole, diced, pureed, or in a creamy form.
All compotes in the MASTERFRUIT line are resistant to freezing and baking.
MASTERFRUIT MIXED BERRIES is a compote made of raspberries, blueberries, red currants, strawberries, and blackberries—small-sized fruits that are delicately processed to preserve their integrity.
