MASTERFRUIT is a line of fruit compotes designed for filling and decorating high-quality pastries, as a base for mousses and creams, or for marbling ice creams and sorbets.

MASTERFRUIT contains 70% fruit, dispersed in a special gel that enhances its aroma, flavor, and shine. Depending on the type, the fruit can be whole, diced, pureed, or in a creamy form.

All compotes in the MASTERFRUIT line are resistant to freezing and baking.

MASTERFRUIT STRAWBERRY is a compote made from delicately processed strawberries to preserve the integrity of the delicate fruit.
