BIANCA FATA CLASSICA è una madre ad acidità naturale indicata per la produzione di tutti i tipi di pane che sostituisce le bighe o le paste di riporto, i pre-lieviti, i coadiuvanti ed i miglioratori. È indicata in particolare modo per gli impasti medi/duri.

BIANCA FATA CLASSICA consente di ottenere un pane genuino e fragrante tipico del tradizionale processo di lievitazione naturale con i seguenti vantaggi:

• si utilizza direttamente nell'impasto, con notevole risparmio di tempo;

• migliora il profumo del pane prodotto;

• migliora l’alveolatura del pane anche farine a basso W.

DOSAGGIO: Dal 2 al 5% riferita al peso della farina utilizzata.

UTILIZZO: Aggiungere alla farina e lavorare come d’abitudine.
