POLACCA KAPPA is a perfectly balanced croissant mix made with Senatore Cappelli durum wheat flour, very similar to the khorasan wheat species from which the product originally derives. The Senatore Cappelli wheat used comes from organic farming and is highly digestible and nutritionally complete. However, POLACCA KAPPA cannot be declared as organic due to the absence of other ingredients from the organic supply chain.

POLACCA KAPPA allows the preparation of croissants and brioches with an original and exclusive flavor, rich in the nutritional properties of the selected wheat, which, like khorasan, botanically belongs to the Poaceae family and the Triticum durum species.
