DOLCI FRUTTINI ORANGE FRUITS are small (6x9 mm), soft, and flavorful cubes made from concentrated orange, dispersed in a base of sugar, glucose syrup, and pectin. They are part of the DOLCI FRUTTINI line, available in multiple flavors, and serve as a substitute for candied fruit, dehydrated fruit, or dried fruit traditionally used in leavened doughs such as panettone or colomba. They can also enhance baked goods like plum cakes or muffins.
