In Italy, there is an incredible variety of regional breads, each with its own unique shapes and colors. The PAN DEK line is designed to enhance them even further with attractive and evocative decorations made from seeds, flakes, and grains. All the proposed decorations are highly selected, of premium quality, and non-genetically modified (Reg. EC 1829/2003 and 1830/2003).

PAN DEK SESAME MIX 2 is a variation of the PAN DEK SESAME MIX blend. While it is still based on sesame seeds, it differs entirely as it contains oat flakes, flaxseeds, and hulled millet seeds (instead of sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, and spelt flakes). This blend is also used as a decoration for our product called Vita White.

Sesame seeds are well known for their delicious taste, while flaxseeds are rich in omega-3 and fiber, promoting digestive health. Millet seeds are gluten-free, with fiber and magnesium as their primary nutrients. Oat flakes are obtained by steaming, rolling, and drying the grain; they are rich in vitamins and minerals while being low in fat.

Storage conditions: Store in a cool, dry place away from light sources, preferably below 20°C with humidity lower than 60%.
