PALAMIX è un semilavorato per preparare la tipica focaccia romana, sfiziosa ed invitante, talvolta condita semplicemente con olio e sale, spesso farcita con mozzarella salumi e verdure. Si caratterizza da una crosta leggera e croccante ed una mollica morbida e ben alveolata.

PALAMIX è a base di grano tenero, semola, farine di riso, soia, avena, orzo. Si impasta e si lascia maturare in frigo per 18-20 ore e poi, dopo opportuna lievitazione, si stira sulla pala e si inforna!
