KINGPULVER è un lievito chimico, detto comunemente "baking", specifico per la produzione di prodotti di pasticceria da forno e biscotti. Il lievito chimico permette di ottenere una lievitazione costante e regolare durante la cottura specialmente utilizzato nelle masse montate o battute come nel pan di spagna o nel plum cake

KINGPULVER non lascia retrogusti nel prodotto finito. KINGPULVER è un baking ad alto potere lievitante, a ragione della particolare purezza delle materie prime impiegate.

DOSAGGIO: 15-30 grammi per ogni Kg di farina presente nell'impasto.

UTILIZZO: Aggiungere alla farina e lavorare come d’abitudine.
