FIORE DI FRUTTA is a powdered semi-finished mix for making delightful flower-shaped individual pastries, featuring powdered yogurt and fruit granules. The yogurt gives the product lightness and fragrance, while the fruit adds flavor and creativity. The fruit is processed using a rapid evaporation method, which preserves the fresh taste and natural aroma of the fruit.
FIORE DI FRUTTA is easy to prepare: simply add margarine and eggs, mix, and pour the batter into flower-shaped silicone molds before baking. The fruit remains evenly distributed in the dough and does not sink to the bottom. After baking, the pastry is flipped over to reveal its distinctive flower shape.
