Natural flavor based on lemon essential oil. It is a gel-based flavor, also known as paste or emulsion, gently thickened, which disperses easily in doughs, creams, or mousses. The proposed flavor contains non-AZO colorants to transfer its color to creams or intensify the color in doughs.

Lemon is a citrus fruit characterized by its bright yellow color and tart, fresh flavor. It is widely used in cooking to marinate meat and fish, flavor vegetables, prepare sauces and dressings, and much more. It is also used to make refreshing beverages like lemonade and cocktails. Lemon juice is rich in vitamin C and also contains other vitamins and minerals beneficial to health.
