NO PROBLEM MILKAM is an improver based on powdered milk and emulsifier E472e, specifically designed for the production of milk buns. It should be added along with the flour during dough preparation and provides the right balance of skimmed milk and essential enhancing ingredients for proper bun development and optimal volume.

NO PROBLEM MILKAM is an effective alternative to the traditional method of making fragrant milk buns, even when using weak flour, ascorbic acid, or under critical working conditions.

The E472e emulsifier used is a food additive that identifies mono- and diglyceride esters of fatty acids, primarily used in the food industry as an emulsifier. In bread production, it helps improve and stabilize the gluten structure. E472e has been considered safe for human consumption for many years.

DOSAGE: 1.5% of NO PROBLEM MILKAM, based on the flour weight.
