ZAETIN è un base bilanciata per preparare dei deliziosi biscottini che prendono il nome dal caratteristico colore giallino (“zaeto” o “zaleto” in dialetto veneto) che gli deriva dall’utilizzo della farina di mais.

Sono friabili, leggermente dolci e arricchiti con uvetta ammollata nella grappa o nel rum, il che li rende irresistibili.

Prelibati per la merenda o per gustarsi una pausa speciale, sono ideali compagni di un buon bicchiere di vino liquoroso!
