VEGANBEL GEL è una gelatina chiara, certificata VEGANOK, dal sapore neutro da impiegare in pasticceria per ricoprire crostate, semifreddi e dolci in genere. VEGANBEL GEL supporta l’aggiunta del 50% di acqua, si può riscaldare più volte.

VEGANBEL GEL rimane lucida e trasparente, non si lascia assorbire dal prodotto; non appiccica, si taglia ottimamente.

VEGANBEL GEL si può applicare con il pennello o con la macchina spray.
