SEGAL KORN    è un preparato ben calibrato per preparare il tipico pane scuro di segale dei paesi germanici, dal gusto caratteristico profumato e leggermente acidulo, con il giusto apporto di fibre e carboidrati.

SEGAL KORN    ha un contenuto di farina di segale superiore al 60%, da un pane molto digeribile, alveolato, sufficientemente leggero e di lunga conservazione.
