FRITTELLO è un mix completo, studiato specificatamente per preparare dolci fritti quali frittelle o zeppole, con l’obiettivo principale di limitare il più possibile l’assorbimento di olio durante la frittura.

FRITTELLO contiene uova ed ogni altro ingrediente, al fine di semplificare al massimo la lavorazione ed ottenere risultati certi ed ottimali. Il sapore è delicato e gustoso, i fritti  sono leggeri e digeribili, rigonfi e semivuoti internamente.
