PASTE FLAVORINGS

Paste flavoring is a semi-liquid substance containing essential oils or nature-identical flavors dispersed in water, forming an emulsion. In the case of fruit-based paste flavorings, they often include a color characteristic of the fruit from which the aromatic notes are derived.

The semi-dense texture of paste flavorings allows for easy and optimal dispersion in creams, mousses, and various sauces. It also ensures effortless incorporation and excellent absorption in doughs and confectionery masses. These flavorings contain no alcohol. Typically, the recommended dosage of our paste flavorings is 2-5 g per kg of cream, dough, or mixture to be flavored.
